Gerred brings deep, hands-on experience across the automotive retail and F&I landscape. His background spans regional sales leadership, dealer development, and product strategy — having worked with dealer groups and premier F&I providers to drive measurable profitability improvements across multiple rooftops.

A graduate of Texas Southern University with a degree in Business Administration, Gerred co-founded Unified Dealer Services on the belief that dealerships deserve a consulting partner who operates inside the business — not one who drops in, hands over a report, and leaves. His approach centers on execution, people development, and building systems that generate consistent results long after the engagement ends.

Keith Cooper
Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Keith is a multi-faceted senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in the automotive financial services industry. His career spans executive leadership roles at GSFSGroup, EFG Companies, Innovative Aftermarket Systems, RoadVantage, and CareGard Warranty Services — where he served as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Known across the industry for his ability to build high-performance sales teams and create scalable income development strategies, Keith brings proven expertise in F&I product development, channel development, reinsurance, and dealer profitability. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Keith is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and brings a rare combination of operational depth and entrepreneurial energy to every dealership partnership.
